What IT managers ask us.

Is there a minimum number of devices?

No hard minimum. Most pickups are 10 devices or more, but if you have a few servers or a box of drives, call us anyway.

How do you make sure our data is gone?

Every drive is erased with software that follows NIST SP 800-88, or physically destroyed. Each drive is logged by serial number, and you get a signed certificate listing all of them.

Can you destroy the drives at our office?

Yes. We bring the equipment, destroy the drives in front of your team, and take the remains for recycling. Nothing with data on it ever leaves your building.

How and when do we get paid?

After the audit at our facility confirms the equipment matches the offer, we pay by check or ACH, together with your final report.

What if some equipment has no value?

We still take it and recycle it responsibly, so you only have one company to call for the whole cleanout.
